    3. Hi Glenda, You're not becoming a "foodaholic" by any chance ? As Marged said in an earlier message , the "real" English mustard ( Probably Colemans Marged ? ) is made from powder , the yellow mustard powder. This can blow your head off ......... hot ! Pre-made it tends to be weaker and more vinegar (?) . Apart from that, there's the usual range of pre-made mustards including French Dijon , coarse grain , chili flavour ....... which I do buy from time to time. I will say that proper English mustard is nothing like the weak , vinegary mustards you put on hot dogs etc. If you put the same quantity of English on a hot dog , you'd better be near a fire hydrant ! I feel sorry for you eating all that "junk" food. I have never had a Big Mac , and I'm not starting now. I'd rather have a pub lunch , some of which are excellent with a great range to choose from. One local (ish) Pub used to do a range of Mexican dishes, superb but cost a lot in lager .... . I will admit to having the odd Chinese or Indian meal in the freezer for Fridays. Regards Dave. Liver , onions , chips , mushrooms nearly ready - all made using dripping ! ----- Original Message ----- From: "Glenda R.
