Hi Sue Used to use Dialpad.com last year to ring USA - free! Which was much better than $5 a minute. has some successful calls but one has to get used to the quality and sometimes turntaking. many colleagues use Net2Phone for ringing UK. There are others - you can also use a Webcam and see the caller. It is the future I'm sure but it won't always be free. Good luck. Mike in Saudi
