Thanks Marion, it is far easier than hitting the 'reply all' button and taking out the name you dont want. I am sure that people who want to reply 'off list' will manage it the same as those of us who preferred to reply to the list did.....by hitting 'reply all' and removing the one you don't want. Maggie
