I am not really sure. We seldom get a lot at once. Generally we get between 1 and 4 inches. It lies around for two or three days. Then we get a thaw and it all disappears. Of course I am right by the sea so it is warmer here than the centre and north of Nova Scotia. The snow lasts better there. Occasionally we get 10 inches or so. That happens two or three times over the winter. We certainly don't get the snow that the Prairies get. Jean in Nova SCotia ----- Original Message ----- From: "Glenda R.
