You have my sympathy, Brian. I have just spent some time on the phone persuading the bank we did return our leased car in time and do not owe them $390. Each call resulted in another call to make. It has taken two days to reach someone who knows what they are doing and what can be done. Then I made three phone calls to arrange the installation of the new dishwasher our daughters gave us for Christmas. again each call lead to someone else who passed me on to someone else.
