Hi Maggie, There are plenty of lessons regarding e-mail ! It's strange how, since the Internet, E-mail and Voice Mail, it's become extremely difficult to <talk to> an actual human being ! I rang a company on behalf of client this morning - what did I get ? - voice mail saying "leave a message , our response time is ..... " . I've e-mailed them, wonder what <that> response time is !
