Yes Marj, my rig went bolshie and I did a re-format job after supposedly backing up all I needed but you always miss something and I lost my transcription program and thanks to Brian B.. I've just retrieved it. Thankfully I didn't lose my genealogy data. I was off line for a week because I couldn't get my server to re-instate my account so you'll notice I have another user name. My troubles came about through installing the new BT internet option program. We had a night out with friends last night. Went to The Old Original pub near Scouthead for dinner. Had a lovely time. There were two birthday parties in. One was two little girls both aged about seven and the other was a girl of 21. Now I'm not in favour usually of children in pubs but this particular country pub is different and the restaurant area is rather cosy. The girls were very well behaved and the proprietor brought a lovely cake in and everyone whether in the party or not applauded and sang happy birthday, yours truly included. The same was done later in the evening for the elder girl. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and it made for a uniquely satisfying evening. This is one of the better weekends.
