    3. I have just received another virus containing attachment from a member of another list. This guy has been sending them out for months. They follow any e-mail he sends to the list. Fortunately we know what they look like now and don't open them. I've just looked through the e-mail section of AVG and one of the checked boxes is "incoming e-mail certified virus free". I have put a "sound" on now to be played if a virus containing e-mail comes in. I am perplexed. MARGED --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.     3. I will just have to go and lie down for a while, and it's nothing to do with alcohol. I was up in the night, cough symptoms, reading mail at 5 am or something. Went back to bed but had the alarm set for 8 am as a man was coming at 9.30 am to clean the 3-pce suite. He arrived at 10.30 am. Anyway, the suite looks very nice, but we are not allowed to sit on it until tomorrow morning, so I will have to go into another room for a rest. My daughter in law is home from hospital again and is improving steadily. So that's a bonus for us. My other two sons and their families are fine and happy. So that is another bonus. Myself and my mother are okay. So we are looking forward to Christmas with enthusiasm.
