Veneita Are you sure he was living with the Smith family in 1911? could your man be George Thomas born in 1891? if he was, he appears on the 1891 and 1901 and 1911 census born in Newport and living in Newport parents Davis and Elizabeth both from Wales - did he marry a Hannah R Carruthers and have two children George M in 1914 and Emily in 1915? really need some more info.
