    3. Still trying to trace the origins of Jonathan DANIEL who was living in Blickling in 1772, when his first child was born. I believe he may have been from Aldborough, but can get no further than a record of a marriage in Aldborough of a Jonathan DANIEL (of this parish, i.e. Aldborough) and Catherine SCOUTEN from Knapton, in 1771. I wondered if anyone can tell me if there are any records, which can be accessed, which show the movement of people through the parishes in the eighteenth century.

    3. Hi, FreeReg has a Jonathan Daniel bapt at Metton , 1767 son of Samuel and Mary . There is also a bapt of a Jonathan Daniel son of Samuel and Mary at Metton in Dec 1747 Metton on genuki/norfolk records has a marriage of a Daniel to a Caston in 1748 , Caston is the groom , no Christian names given........and the Daniel bride is from Baconsthorpe. These are all fairly small parishes south of Cromer, north of Aylsham and Holt . People moved for work .but I can see no removal orders or settlement certs for this family . life is hard . soften it with a cat \\\=^..^=/// ----- Original Message ----- From: "megrose61" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Sunday, June 08, 2014 3:59 PM Subject: [NFK] Daniel/Daniels Blickling 1772 - Parish records of movement? > > Still trying to trace the origins of Jonathan DANIEL who was living in > Blickling in 1772, when his first child was born.
