Hi Dina Time of birth for twins goes all the way back to the start of civil registration in 1837 Unfortunately some registrars misinterpreted the instructions for the first few years and entered a time on all births So finding a time on an early certificate hints of a twin but does not prove they were, whereas a birth with no time almost certainly means they were not a twin That does not answer the question of how to enter twins in FTM (I presume FTM 12 is actually FTM 2012?)
