Rosemary, You are very unlikely to be able obtain the Marriage Licence. This would have been handed by the Groom to the Vicar. It is unlikely to have survived as it wouldn't have been needed after the ceremony was over. What you can see is the Affidavit and Bond for the Marriage Licence. Peter Richardson has supplied the link to the Norwich A&Bs. Then go to Norfolk>Archdeaconry of Norfolk Court>1776-1777 and then go to Image 272 and 273. It says (image 273) that George claims to be "of the Age of One and Twenty years and upwards and a Bachelor". It is unlikely that he was telling a lie under oath but you cannot be sure. However, the balance of probability is that he wasn't under age. Good luck.
