thank you Alison In a message dated 31/07/2011 17:57:10 GMT Daylight Time, elizgh@btinternet.com writes: Hi, in the 1891 census I see them in Titchwell , William Dolman, 67 shepherd b Snettisham , Susan , 65 , b Pentney, and Alfred, grandson , 14, labourer , b Castleacre . His birth is registered in the Dec 1/4 1876 in the Swaffham district , vol 4b , p 363, you could perhaps get this . He married Mary Doughty in the Sept 1/4 1897 in the Docking district . Ancestry has a family tree , which shows William Dolman as being born c 1822 in Snettisham, married to Susan Coggles in 1847, and having Jessie, 1849, Alfred, 1852, Isaac , 1854, Elvina , 1856, and Georgiana in 1860 . So young Alfred could be the son of any one of the 4 survivors , Georgiana died in 1862. life is hard . soften it with a cat \\\=^..^=/// ----- Original Message ----- From: <AlsDoughty@aol.com> To: <norfolk-l@rootsweb.com> Sent: Sunday, July 31, 2011 11:01 AM Subject: [NFK] Dolman > Hi is any one researching DOLMAN , im looking for information on a ALFRED > DOLMAN born 1876 in NEWTON on the cencus he is living with his > grandparents > WILLIAM and SUSSANA, he married my great aunt MARY ELLEN DOUGHTY in > DOCKING > 1897 they had 6 children , in 1911 she is a widow with her mother > HENRIETTA PAINTER (widow of WILLIAM PAINTER and JAMES DOUGHTY) living > with her and > her family, the children were all born in TITCHWELL, > Thank you > Alison > > ------------------------------- > To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to > NORFOLK-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the > quotes in the subject and the body of the message > ------------------------------- To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to NORFOLK-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message
