    3. Sorry, I see you give James Dye as the registrar. Fox is named in Kelly's directory of 1879 as the registrar. This is off since Fox was undoubtedly the registrar for North Erpingham at the time, and had been for some years. -- Christopher Pipe BA DipLib MCLIP researching and indexing Norfolk history cp@wmk.demon.co.uk -----Original Message----- From: norfolk-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:norfolk-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of Mike Wilkinson Sent: 10 August 2011 20:57 To: NORFOLK Subject: [NFK] John SPURRELL Marriage Hi All I have obtain a certificate for the marriage of John Spurrell and Ann Elizabeth Temple on the 15 September 1877 in the Register Office in the District of Erpingham. Does any one out there actually know where the Register Office was situated? Incidentally, the ceremony was performed by James Dye (Registrar) and James Spurrell Plumby (Superintendent Registrar).
