Hi Mike I'm not sure where the local register office was but do know that James Spurrel Plumbly was living in Southrepps in 1877 and held several offices there concerned with the Poor Law etc over the years. 2. Monument Inscriptions. Walter Rye:Elizth. Ann wife of James Spurrell Plumbly of S. Repps d 23 April 1877 aged 69. Hope that is of some help.
