I have tried to find the death of Mary Ann Roberts on free BMD.Mary Ann is shown living in Essex in the 1911 census,aged 80.She was born in Hempnall.A search of free BMD returns no results for the period 1911 to 1921,although I did not limit the search to Essex.It seems strange that I had a nil result for such a common name.Can any lister comment on this please.
