Hi Elizabeth- did it over coffee in between bits of gardening by cheating and following the sources on a member family tree. It looks like them here 1871 -4737/45/29 the birthplace is right but they are living near Leeds which is a long way from the Newcastle area where they are on the 81 and 91. But then Newcastle is a long way from Knapton and how these poor Norfolk people were recruited to minework and how they got there is always interesting. If it is them, the Pycraft is a complication and I think John will be spending time over the Knapton PRs and the BMDs to sort it out-whether there were two Harriet Farrows going north. Cousins with the same first name calling their children after a grandparent so their children have the same names too crops up now and then in my family.
