CUTTING .... within a 30 mile radius of Norwich. >From the minutes of meetings of the Guardians of the Poor of the Erpingham Union 21 May 1838: A Complaint was made by the Governor <of Gimingham Workhouse> that Titus Cutting had absconded from the workhouse with the Union clothing on.
