    3. Jean Thanks for that. I think the later Tennant presence in Starston was only in the form of a female Tennant, Rebecca, marriage to a Daniel Danby . Charles's and Rebecca's father, James Tennant, died in Starston in 1860. Jame's wife, also a Rebecca, was buried in Starston in 1894 In 1881 she was living with her son in law in Benhall Suffolk. Most of my Tennant males in the 1800 seemed to meet an early death. My GGF died at 37, the aforementioned James was 52 and two of his sons died in their 40 s so Charles could have met the same fate although his death doesn't seem to have been recorded. I'll keep plugging away!
