My thanks go to Honor and Alan for your replies to my querry. I have the information from the marriage of James & Winefrid in 1809, 1841 & 51 census info. James died in 1843 and Winefrid in 1859. Their son, James is my direct ancestor so I have his information and some on Joseph who married Louisa BUTTER and remained in NFK. James' birthplace is the mystery. Supposedly the family came from Ireland. (may or not be true) I need to find more information on the GILL family. Thanks again, Kay
