Perry Jr., 44, of Modesto died Tuesday at Valley Care Medical Center, Pleasanton. Mr. Perry was a native of Guam. He lived in Modesto 19 years. He was general manager of Marshall Perry Inc. Property Management. He was a real estate broker for 20 years. He was a member of the California Real Esate Association, the Modesto Board of Realtors and the Modesto Chamber of Commerce. He belonged to the Bay Area Metro Pot of Gold Barber Shop Chorus and the Harley Motorcycle Owners Group. He served in the Navy from 1970 to 1972. He is survived by his wife, Marika Perry of Modesto; children, Stella Beratlis of Modesto, Darrell Perry of Santa Rosa, Dena Chalk of San Diego and Marshall Perry III, stationed with the Army in Monterey; parents, Marshall and Louise Perry of Alameda; sisters, Lucinda Perry Patterson of Merlin, Ore., and Pamela Grace Perry of Oakland; and one grandchild. A service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Colonial Chapel of Franklin & Downs. Burial will follow at Lakewood Memorial Park, Hughson. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. today at the chapel. In a message dated 3/2/2012 12:28:25 P.M.
