    3. Good for you Susan for your perseverance. It is amazing how the 'rules' differ from cemetery to cemetery. The same for finding obits and burial information. My 'little' story relates to my Connecticut relative but is similar. I found my great grandfather's only sister through their local library (probably arrived there on a slow day) when the Head Librarian I sent the requet to - said my request interested her and she and another librarian spent a day looking through the microfilm and their 'files.' They found a treasure trove - I received 8 pieces of paper with the obit, the death information and even the receipt covering all the burial expenses, what the amount was, who paid it - everything. Then I tried to learn about her two daughters and her great granddaughter (not through the same library) and of course I am back to paying $$$ to everyone I write to and getting each piece of paper individually. I have been referred to as a dog with a bone - I don't let go of my request for information until I get it. Sounds like you are this way too. GREAT.
