Susan, was the difference that she was a relative and your husband was not? If she is a relative how did they verify her relationship? Or was it a case like I related about Mt. Paul, I'd love to answer your question, but the photo requestor's emails to me were very, very brief and only told me that he/she told the cemetery that the plot information being requested was of his/her great uncle. He/she gave me no further information other than the plot location. My husband is neither shy nor reticent but the best he could get out of the person at the cemetery was that it "is their policy". You can guess that I am hoping for another request for this cemetery to try it again!
