Okay I'm still having problems. I no longer have dialup so that isn't the problem. The most I can get is the two arrows too. I've waited 8 minutes and nothing more came up. You might try clearing your cache. This images fill it up quickly. If you have trouble still use the help. Sometimes you can do live chat...or the phones are always manned.
