HI Gang, Well a quick tale to tell, amoungst the 1940 census stuff, not in a hurry here as most won't be togather untill the xams holidays i hear...my story is about the BLAKEMORE hunt from my posting of the Trinity Journal fame (April 04,2012)...well I was told then there was a BLAKEMORE buried in Benicia, Solano CO. cemetery, I went hunting last night...and found my gradMother's, grandparents!!!! EdrieAnne and I worked on this RYAN/Mullaney/LONGAN family of mine for a few years...(2006 - )..thank you EdrieAnne for giving me a more than a few names to try to remember...Irish were very prolific in their children, only problem was in the given name dept, more Phillips Patrick's and or George's than rabbits, Margret, Rose, and Claire was a nighmare also. Back to Mr. BLAKEMORE, I found this person: BLAKEMORE, James Bentley, b: 28, January, 1883, d: 10, February 1929, ageed 46. I believe this may have been a brother, to the insane BLACKMORE of the 1906 hunt--- as a James A. BLAKEMORE, age 64, was living in Old LEWEISTON, Trinity CO. 1884. The 64 yr old was the Father to JAMES ARMSTRONG BLAKEMORE (who went insane 1906), b: 1884, d: 1942, aged 58. and IS buried in Weaverville. While searching FIND-A-GRAVE for Weaverville, I also found his family, he (James A.) was 1 of 4 children born to parents. ~hum.Linda~ Words are the window to the Heart.
