Ancestry.com also has a conversion, where you put in the ED for 1930 and it tells you what it is for 1940. OR Find people in the 1930 and get that ED  and then go to www.stevemorse.org and let his site convert the ED for you. Not all the EDs throughout the country will be the same as places grow and get reorganized. Eugene
