    1. Re: [NORCAL] Ida Pease - California death 1930-1940?
    2. Lars, There are 13 Ida Moores that died between 1930 and 1939. Six (6) died in Los Angeles Co. I'm sending you a screenshot (privately) of the 13 so you can pick for yourself. Sharon Kern Co. Thank you very much for your quick reply to my inquiry in regard to Ida Felton PEASE. I am sorry to learn you couldn't find her dying between 1930 and 1940. The Ida Pease who died in San Diego Co., CA in 1949, is far too old and she was married to someone else.... However, there is another possibility that I would like to mention: Ida Felton married twice, and divorced twice. She had two sons, one (Harold Clifford) from her 1st marriage to Charles F. MOORE (1865-1927) and one (Reginald Eugene) who apparently caused the divorce from her 1st husband. William W. PEASE (1857-1913) was her 2nd husband, and he adopted Ida's youngest son, before he and Ida were divorced, as well! A few years AFTER Charles Moore died in 1927, as it appears about 1932, the youngest son of Ida's (Reginald) changed his last name from PEASE to MOORE. About the same time Reginald moved to CA where also Harold Moore resided! With these name changes I wonder, COULD IT BE Ida PEASE also changed her last name back to the one of her 1st husband's, so she would have died under the name: Ida MOORE Therefore, could you please also check the California Death index from 1930 and on for the name Ida MOORE, born MN 1869? Thanks again for your wonderful assistance in this matter! Very sincerely yours, Lars E.
