Dear Listers, I am having difficulties locating a marriage record from Reno, NV and wonder whether anyone can help me find it? Henning Elsworth HAYDAL Jaqueline Annette McCOURTNEY were married at Reno, Washoe Co., NV on or about July 27, 1968. There is an online database of marriages in Washoe Co., NV (http://icris.washoecounty.us:8888/clerk/eagleweb/docSearchResults.jsp?searchId=0) referring to this marriage under reference #0694388, but the date is given as Jan. 1, 1980. In fact all marriages occurring in Washoe Co., NV prior to 1980 appear to have this date as the marriage date! But isn't there another database giving "correct" marriage dates?
