RAVEN TENANTED - Though the county jail was without a tenant after the discharge of Mrs. GERSBACH on Wednesday of last week, it did not long remain so, as Justice Mahan on Saturday sent Thomas HERON down from Antioch for 50 days, for indecent exposure of person, and on Monday Justice Oliver sent Jose BERNAL in from Pacheco for 10 days for assault and battery. These 2 at present are the only guests of the county. 15th JUDICIAL COURT - -Caroline MUIR vs. Wm. MUIR. Judgment rendered dissolving the bonds of matrimony between parties to suit, and authorizing plaintiff to resume her maiden name of Caroline JONES. -Sophronia A. PHILLIPS vs. Charles J. PHILLIPS. Judgment rendered dissolving bonds of matrimony between the parties of suit and authorizing plaintiff to resume her maiden name of Sophrania [spelled 2 ways] Ann KERBY. -Margaret STUART vs. Thomas STUART. Report of Commission submitted and judgment of Court subsequently rendered dissolving bonds of matrimony between the parties. -Anna M. LEMOIN vs. L.E. LEMOIN. Judgment dissolving bonds of matrimony between parties to suit on the ground of extreme cruelty, willful desertion and neglect to provide the necessaries on the part of the defendant, the custody of minor children being decreed to plaintiff.
