MARRIED - DAVIS-GOULDING - In Martinez, Oct. 9th, by Hon. T.A. BROWN, County Judge; Owen DAVIS and Maggie GOULDING. DIED - FERRIS - At the County Hospital, in Martinez, Oct. 20th, Edgar Daniel FERRIS, a native of New York, aged 55 years. DIED - DELPLACE - In Pacheco, Oct. 22d, Ernest DELPLACE, a native of Switzerland, aged 37 years. [Funeral on Sunday (tomorrow) at 11 o�clock a.m.] A NICE RESIDENCE - The 1-story basement cottage residence recently completed for Mr. E.W. CORBERT, on the rising ground south of the Court House, is not only a cosy home in external appearance, but is admirably convenient and complete in all its internal arrangements and provision of store rooms, cupboards, closets, clothes drawers, water pipes, laundry room, bath room, and various other appurtenances. NO TRACE - During Fair week the trunk of Mr. Thomas HUCKSTEP, at the residence of Mrs. Rosolvo SANFORD, near Pacheco, was broken open by some prowler who entered the house in the absence of the family and some $300 in money stolen from it, of which no trace has since been found. DISCHARGED - Arthur HEENAN, one of the Benicia boys arrested for stealing boat and other property belonging to James NORCUTT and George MOULTON, about the 1st instant, was brought before Justice Ford for examination on Saturday last and discharged for insufficiency of proof on which he could be held to answer.
