Hi Listers, I am trying to help a nurse friend find her ancestors by the name of DICIOLLA, starting in San Francisco Area, 1902 or earlier. I believe the name is orginally from Italy, but not that sure. Obit list Dominic DICIOLLA as born in Bari, Italy, He ran several business in SF, one being a poolhall and also maybe a resturant???, He married Elizabeth PINTO, b: Chicago, IL. Any help would be appreciated. My friends parents are: Victor DICOLLA, b: 23, Nov. 1925, Chicago, IL. Her Mother was Mary DELGADO, b: 02,Nov. 1924, she may have been born in Hilo, Hawaii, both her parents born in Valencia,Spain, and had children, Tony, Earl, Joseph, Mike, Sandy, Albert, Isable, and Mary. ~hum.Linda~
