Linda,   Hotmail/Outlook is just an email account like Yahoo mail or any other mail.  I know a lot of people who use it and like it.  Everything has a slight learning curve, like where is the sent button:) but you should be able to follow it with no problem.   Skydrive (not skydive) is a cloud based storage/use area.  In other words, it doesn't live on your computer.  The email programs like Yahoo, Gmail, etc. are all cloud based which is great because you can access them from anywhere.  You don't have to be planted in front of your own machine.  You will need a login and password and you'll be off and running.  It should be a smooth transition for you.  Another good part of it is you will be able to receive attachments and other important things!   You should be fine!  I've got my fingers crossed!   Susan ________________________________ From: Linda Mock <lindamock@webtv.net> To: Kirsten Crosson <crosson5@comcast.net>; NORCAL@rootsweb.com Sent: Wednesday, July 3, 2013 10:39 AM Subject: [NORCAL] Sad news, Hi Listers, I just recieved news from MSNtv2 that they will be shutting me down for good 30, September 2013.
