An ancestor I am researching lived in Irvington, Alameda County in 1900. He may have moved to San Francisco after the 1900 census. He died in November 1908 and was buried in Holy Cross Cemetery. Is that in San Francisco County? Is that one of the cemeteries that was moved? His name was Martin Carter. His wife was buried in St. Joseph Cemetery in Mission San Jose. She died in 1894.
