I know the marriage index is only ten years and I can never remember which ten years. I am looking fo a marriage for Elston George "Tex" Lowrie and Peggy Irene Patton. I have never seen her name written as Margaret, always Peggy. His mother had word that he was coming home from the Phillipine Islands in 1945 (no mention of a wife). He was discharged from the Navy in 1946. In 1947 he and his wife were living in Richmond, Contra Costa County where he was worked in a radio repair shop.
