I thought Rootsweb still had the CABI, but I can't find it. Can anyone help me find a birth date for Vicki Pat Lowrie. Her father was in the service and stationed in California. I believe he was in the Navy. She was born about 1944-1947. Maybe in Contra Costa County. She may have been born in TN where her parents were from and where they returned to after his term of service. Her mother's maiden name was probably Patton. Nancvy Lowrie Wright
