Actually I found him in August through September of 1895 at the Eastern Home. He signed himself out and disappeared. Supposedly his daughter was at Chico 1891-1895 but I can't find her because I can't discern the spelling of her married name. Edwin was my first cousin 5th removed...so he's not too close but he's turning into a compelling mystery.
