    3. Well that was interesting . 3 thoughts .1. No sidewalks. 2.. Everyone in town knew a movie camera was going to be mounted on this car and all want to get in on the action. 3. I recall reading the S.F.streets were paved with asphaltium from Goleta ,where it ran out of the cliffs at the Moore ranch. Neat film,Thanks. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Ruth Skewis" <ruth4527@surewest.net> To: <norcal@rootsweb.com>; "'Sam Brewer'" <samrewerb@yahoo.com> Sent: Thursday, December 31, 2009 7:52 PM Subject: Re: [NORCAL] San Francisco in 1905 > Thanks Sam, > > I just got this from a school mate of mine from San Francisco..... she was > also impressed. > Works better with this link... click on it and enjoy... > > http://www.flixxy.com/san-francisco-1905-historical-footage.htm > > Don't you love it..??? > > Loops maybe mine is a different film - though I don't see any street > lights > - it sure does appear the streets are paved - same title is what made me > jump into posting this... > - > what-ever...
