I was born and raised in San Francisco and when I was growing up I remember the firehouses in San Francisco would be decorated every year and there was a competition among the firehouses. Do you know of any info on this or if there are any pictures of the decorated firehouses? We used to drive around to look at the firehouses and then end up at one of the stations where my dad had a friend who was a chief.
