Hi Margie, Paul, Thanks for the research help.. The High school has had the yearbook name, since the rebuilding of the high school, I'm a 50 year graduate of that building. A person wrote that it was West side of Jefferson Street and Trancas Street intersection, across the street from the old Napa Valley Inn. and caddy corner to the USFS plant....Union Station was a train station & freight for up Valley traffic on what is now Hwy 29 & Redwood Road. (Bel-Aire). The Depot is down by the Ice Plant & Rough Riders Clothing outlet, and just South of the Napa Valley WIne Train station....on the old tracks thru town..on Auto Row, still make the best Malfatti of the town, that recipie came from the Napa nee resturant, i was told.. Walkers resturant no longer exists to my knowledge. The Red Hen is on the by-way of Hwy 29 near Yountville Vet's Home. The DeCAmps lived on the land directly behind the resturant about 1/4 acres away to the West....towards Union Station [ West] nice folks, she was old world Italian I think, she made the best dinners and he ran the adjoining Bar and Dance hall.... So that's my story. now to run down a few bodies that make the stories real....Thanks so much for the help, its appreciated so much....the hunt is on.... ~Linda~ A Smith n' Wesson beats 4 aces!
