Hi All, I have just uploaded new files for the following databases to my web site. This update contains burials which were not listed before. We have been finding a lot of new burials listed in the newspapers and not anywhere else. If you have not found your ancestors before, check the listings again. Any listing which has only an O in the source column came from a newspaper death notice. If you check the vital records newspaper index you should find a listing for the paper the burial came from. This up date will complete the pre 1900 newspapers in Mendocino county except the Willits News (which is being worked on now) and the Fort Bragg Advocate (which is available in book form). Keep checking back. I have a stack of over a hundred pages I still have to go through to extract the burial information, so I will be updating these indexes in the future.
