They have been visiting there for the past few days with relatives and while there attended a happy family reunion at the residence of Mrs. Servilla A. BUCKMAN, 8 miles east of Visalia. It was the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Mrs. BUCKMAN's birth, and all her children, grand children and great grand children joined in making it one of the most pleasant days of her life. Mrs. BUCKMAN's 8 children were all there. They are as follows: Mrs. Josephine TEAGUE of Lemoore Mrs. Maggie HARLOW of Hanford C.T. BUCKMAN of Visalia Mrs. Susan TEAGUE, Mrs. Sarah HINDS, A.J. The relatives assembled at Mrs. BUCKMAN's residence Sunday morning, without giving her notice of their coming. They found the lady in the yard, dressed in a calico wrapper, feeding her chickens. They soon made things lively there and of course the worthy lady was supremely happy to have her family together once more. The visitors had each brought food and a table was spread in the yard to which 50 persons sat down. There were 8 grandchildren absent. This was the 1st reunion of the family in 11 years. No death in this large family has yet occurred, except that of the father.
