Bette Raymond is correct that youTube change their structure to flash video, but there is a way you can download the video. 1. Go to this site: http://keepvid.com/ 2. Enter the URL of the website where the video is located. Please note that the 1905 Quake video on the Flixxy site will not work - on that site it is an embedded flash video. You must have the direct url to the video. 3. You can find the 1905 video on youTube here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NINOxRxze9k 4. Enter that url in the KeepVid site at the top of the page where it says to enter the URL 5. Click on the Download button to the right of the blue box where you entered the url. Do not click the big red Download button - that is a advertisement for a different program. 6. After entering the url and clicking the download button, you may have to wait some time since the site is usually very busy. 7. Once connected there will be a screen that says "Download Links". It will give you an option as to which screen resolution you want for your video. Choose one by clicking on the link and the download will start. This 1905 Quake video is 32 MB. This video should be in the public domain, but make sure you abide by the relevant copyright laws.
