    1. [NORCAL] Agnews, NSH and The Changeling
    2. After reading so much on Agnews and NSH, I happened to see a movie called "The Changeling". It shows a woman whose son had been missing, and when she confronted the police one time too many the police captain had her committed to the insane asylum. No one knew where she was. They were going to give her the full treatment. Other women were in there because they had got beaten up by boyfriends,etc--seems it was always the women who were committed. This was a true story, 1928 in Wineville, CA--the name of the town was changed to Mira Loma due to the police dept officials being fired.
