Parents were William C. Weeks and Mary Carroll Jones of Cloverdale, Sonoma County and Boonville, Mendocino County, California. At time of WWI enlistment in the U.S. Army, 1917 to 1919, Jones Weeks was living at 1120 Humboldt Street, Santa Rosa, California. Marilyn, They are in the 1940 Indian Census of Humboldt County - James is living with his grandfather, Weaver Denman...in fact he is in the Indian Census of 1934, age 2, living with his grandfather. I've sent this information to the lady. If I found the correct one, he died in San Joaquin County - I don't remember the date.
