We work closely together, and can sometimes supplement each other to get more and/or better information. Will Protocols: Unpublished Will Protocols collected by a Norwegian Historical Society for the years up to about 1800 or so. Incomplete, but covers the Parishes of: Bakke, Fede, Fjotland, Flekkefjord, Gyland, Hidra, Nes. Printed it amounts to about 3000 pages of the Will Protocols. Private Data Base: about 84,000 people mostly from the areas listed above and documented (some better than others) which allow a rapid and detailed Ancestry report to be formulated once the ancestor is connected with the file. Bonus: Several friends in the Flekkefjord area of Vest Agder who are very helpful and willing to supply information I am lacking. When requesting a lookup please give as much information as possible including things such as dates, names of spouses, siblings, children etc. This helps to assure we have the right person, since many names are so common.
