Here are the online records for Ringebu: <http://digitalarkivet.uib.no/cgi-win/webcens.exe?slag=visbase&filnamn=0520d aap&spraak=&metanr=1854&ekstranr=1842> Digitalarkivet: Døpte Ringebu 1696-1865. I do not find your Anthon. What is your source for his birth? He married Anne in Minnesota, as she was born in Minnesota. Have you found Anthon/Anton emigrating from Norway to the USA? 3. Where exactly was he living in the 1900/1910/1920 Census in America? It tells there when he immigrated to America. This looks like his death certificate, do you have a copy of his obit? or his wife's? It is in Swift County, where Benson is and he was in the 1880 census records. ARNESEN, ANTHON CertID# 1920-MN-015883 Date of Birth: Not indexed Place of Birth: Not indexed Mother Maiden Name: Not indexed Date of Death: 09/04/1920 County of Death: SWIFT (Minnesota) Margit > Margit: > I found him on the 1865 census in Grav Klokkerbolig > Farm, Ringebu, Oppland, Norway, but I do not know when > he came to America.
