Jean, Thanks for your response. Sorry for the senior moment and not sending the needed information.His name was Ole T. Olsen, he was born in 1873 in Sordorp. His father was Ole Johannsen who worked on the Lunde Store farm and his mother was Mari Johannesdtr who was Husmk. med Jord on the Tommesstuen farm in the 1875 census. My grandfather's grandparents owned the Granmorken farm and I have information on that from the Bygdebok - Gardar og Slekter I Fron by Einar Hovghaugen. My grandfather and grandmother supposedly homesteded in McHenry County North Dakota for about 20 years then moved to Pierce County just south of Barton where they both lived until they died, he in 1945 and she in 1953. Although I have a great deal of information I also have a great many missing pieces.
