Skartlien. Martin was born about 1807 and Helene was born about 1810. I believe they had about 10 children. The farm is in Torpa. According to a story I have, the family farm was divided about 1830 into Skartlien South and Skartlien North, and my family descended from Skartlien South. The family belonged to the Amot Kirke????? I would like to have dates on both Martin and Helene - birth, baptism, marriage and death. If I am lucky enough to get those then I will start asking about the children. Their third son, Kristian, was my great grandfather and he emigrated to the U.S. with his sister Marthe and brother Torger/Thorger in 1866 on the Anna Delius. Thank you for any help.
