Farm names I have found are "Fjelhougsten and Fjorkenstad". Johan was born in June 22, 1848 place Ekornrud, Oppegaard, Akershus, Norway. His parents were Ole Jacobsen and Karen Gurine Eriksdatter. Marie Martinsdatter Olsen Hagen Lee was born 25 August 1851 place Oppegaard, Ostre Toten, Oppland, Norway. They had one son, Olaf, born in Svingen, Oslo area Dec 1972, before they came to America in 1873 or 1874. We want to visit Norway, but need to find family first. We have visited Madison WI, for the Norwegian Vesterheim Museum and found much materials, but not any living family. Any help, please contact me at [email protected]
