Anne and sons came to America at various times 1890-1902. I think Paul is my great-granmother Randine Amundsons uncle, but need further information. Thank you for any help that can be provided.

These could be your folks: Father: Amund Pedersen Rusthage Eiet Mother. Barbro Poulsdtr. Children: Peder, born 1834, Birth Nov. 13, 1836: Poul Thora, born 1845 and Amund born 1848. Kringlum or Rusthageeiet is 2 different names for same place(farm) This is in Sødorp, N.Fron. Birth: Aug.21,1842: Anne Father: Amund Olsen Rolstadeiet Nordre Mother: Anne Olsdtr. I expect this is your Anne Amundsdatter (Amundsen), born 21 Aug 1842, christened 16 Oct 1842 in Sor Fron, Oppland, to Amund OLSEN and Anne OLSDATTER. http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Search/frameset_search.asp?PAGE=igi/search_IGI.asp&clear_form=tr The only 'CLOSE' match I can find for Paul (Poul) Amundsen is this: born 13 Nov 1836, christened 11 Dec 1836 in Sodorp, Oppland, to Amund PEDERSEN and Barbroe POULSDR. (Sodorp OR Søthorps is a local parish in Nordre Froens.) Here (http://digitalarkivet.uib.no/cgi-win/webcens.exe) you will find TWENTY men with the name of Amund Pedersen, of which only THREE are old enough to be Paul's father. There is no Barbroe and Amund match in the 1865-telling. If you have other history on Randine Amundsen, you might find names in this site to match. For example, in this list (http://snipurl.com/x2n4), Amund PEDERSEN is listed as the brother of Christofer, who is listed as the 'brugeren's father; the brugeren is listed as Peder Christofersen.
